I would take a small piece of rock to glue it and then just place the rock where it touches the glass, it would start growing onto the glass fast. They tend to grow upward towards the light.

7 months ago i fragged a colony of GSP onto an isolated rock, and put the old frag plug back into QT. a couple days later, i saw 1solitary polyp that were coming out from under a little spot of glue. so i scooped them up, put them on a 3" long oyster shell, and left it in QT. i moved it to my Display after it got to 5-6 polyps. 6 months later, its almost covered the shell

ill post pics later, once i get to the tank

interesting note- since this whole colony is derived from a single polyp- and that single polyp apparently had AMAZING fluorescence genes- this little colony is like an Ultra + on the fluorescence scale. its crazy

Personally though- id put it on a regular non-glazed ceramic tile, big as you like. Then attach it to your wall with a couple dots of epoxy putty. That way, if you decide you dont like the look in a couple years, you can easily take it out, then frag and sell a bunch of it, or move it somewhere else

im doing that with a 24x18" rectangle of tile with 2 crazy colored cyphastrea. coating an entire side panel with it
