Holding off on medicating, then? Sorry I'm asking so many questions but you're the only one that's given me any love in this regard.
Hold off until verified

**Update**

King is doing much better. It took almost a week of antibiotics (kanaplex) but he finally ate last night and his infection area swelling is down and healing. He even has his 'I'm hungry' face this afternoon! Thank you @vetteguy53081 for the recommendation of the correct medication he needed.

Great to see and hear. It takes this medication 2 even 3 days to start working so timeframe makes sense.
