Help with my dragon soul

Hello, I noticed this spot on my dragon soul yesterday, woke up today with it a fair bit worse. No new pictures though, this picture is from yesterday. I dipped it in iodine today but still don't know what to do. It seems like the tissue on the skeleton is just peeling of and flapping around in the flow.

I did have a slight alk drop about 2 weeks ago that my zoas didn't seem to like, but all my euphyllia seemed fine untill today. Now my Indo gold torch next to my dragon souls is doing the same thing. I changed up power heads about a month ago, the amount of flow pretty much stayed the same though, if anything it got more random. Could it take a month for a power head change to cause this, or an alk drop, what should I do?

How big was the swing? What caused it?

Like 8.5 to 6 over the course of a few days. My doser messed up on me.

I don't know I have a wierd thing on my torch too like a little thing sticking out so wierd.
