help with new salifert KH\alk test

ok can some one help did the tested my alk is 15.7 api old kit9.9 .Itake 4 ml water 2 drop's kh-ind 1ml alk check solution put it in draw 1ml kh red cap 1 drop at a time till change right? if so it's telling me 0.02 on the syringe =15.7 if this is right.what do I do

It's not 1mil of the fluid. you need to draw fluid with tip attached to syringe. Draw fluid from bottle till the bottom black rubber in syringe marks at 1mil there will be airpocket between the fluid and bottom rubber marking at 1mil
