Help with Worm ID

Could someone help me ID this worm please? Looks like it has little chompers which worry me a bit.

Happy to try and post some photos if video is not clear. Friend or Foe? Thanks in advance! :)

@Goaway Appreciate the response! Yeah I haven't been able to find a pic that really matches them online which is really weird. I found a couple on the glass yesterday after the lights came on for about 30 mins. I caught them and tried to get a closer look but they're currently very small, didn't see any clear bristles or anything like that.

I have a microscope coming on Thursday I can try to post a new picture if I can get a better picture through it.

@Goaway Happy friday! Was able to grab a worm this AM and put it under new microscope. I think even the smallest lens tho is too strong magnification so tried my best to grab a video of it under just 2-3x. Looks like some bristles on there but would appreciate the confirmation. Thanks!

Awesome, I would agree that Dorvilleidae looks like the closest! Great eye :)

Plan to capture another one after work just to double confirm but greatly appreciate the responses here again.
