My clownfish has a small bump on his gill plate, was not there a yesterday morning it appeared last night. What could it be? I have prazi on the ready if needed.

I didn't think it was flukes because my other clown, who has been is there for a while now has never shown signs of anything. Also the one with the bump isn't showing the normal fluke signs (ie heavy breathing, scratching, hiding

Like how big will the growth be because this is barely noticeable unless I'm looking for it

He went through his first water change yesterday and I cleaned the filter so a lot of sand was kicked up as well which I assume would be very stressful
