Good still eating like a pig, has for a new spot to hangout by the rocks but growth has not spread and is almost not visible

He's developed some white on the tail, not sure if it's still from that or it's from his tail regrowing from the nip he had on it

On the tail is another popular place for it to grow. With Lympho, it often gets worse before it gets better. At least your clownfish isn't as bad as this:

He has been hiding during the day from like 12 pm - 8:30 pm then he comes out and swims around. Not saying it's bad just curious why that would happen

I really don't think it's velvet, Ich or flukes because I know others who purchased from the same batch as I did and have had no problems with disease at all and my other fish had been in my tank for a while and has nothing.

You could be right there is no more bump really

I'd say do as Humble suggested. Soak some food in antibiotics with a binder and see what happens.

@evan-beachouse-45 Can you QT this clownfish? Treating with a broad spectrum antibiotic, such as Kanaplex, might be prudent.
