On the tail is another popular place for it to grow. With Lympho, it often gets worse before it gets better. At least your clownfish isn't as bad as this:

Most likely, yes.

I really don't think it's velvet, Ich or flukes because I know others who purchased from the same batch as I did and have had no problems with disease at all and my other fish had been in my tank for a while and has nothing.
