I started with freshwater and never quit when I got into saltwater. It’s a nice change of pace.

I have had a 55g for as long as I can remember. The current version has been up at least 15 yrs now. It's had its ups and downs. But it's what got me into the hobby.

I still have my little 20g FW tank that I set up when I found baby goldfish in my canister filter last year. They are beautiful and I see no reason to get rid of it yet.
I have to ask... How did you get baby goldfish in your canister filter? :) Did you buy it used from someone with water still in it?

I still maintain my freshwater tanks. I love my fw fish as much as I love my sw inhabitants. Once they all pass away I might convert my main FW tank to sw but I don't know. I still find that tank as fascinating to look at today as the day I set it up years ago. :)
