I have a Marine Betta, I think he is at least 6 years. Sometimes I even forget I have him, he is always in the rocks, rarely comes out.

I have a yellow tang right now that I've had at least 10 years.
Last year I lost a tomato clown I had for about 13 years and I got it from another reefer and it was mature when I got it.
Ive had many fish live 8 or more years. Had a hippo tang for 8 years and then it jumped out of my 150 sadly.

48 months is nothin' I've had my clown for 15 years. I bought it from a guy when it was essentially full grown, so my guess is it's 17+ and still going strong.

In my present systems I have a yellow watchman goby that is 6 years old. I also have a Seabae anemone that I purchased in 1990 and has two false perc clowns that are over 5.
In my old fish only system I had numerous fish go past 13 years old including a hippo tang, sailfin tang and humbug damsel.

Not sure about the actual age of my fish. But I know how long I had them for.
Yellow tang- 11years, mandarin female 9 years (the mate got into the overflow and died about a year ago). Male PJ cardinal about 9 years, the mate was killed by another fish a few years ago. Pair of percula clowns 6+years, Lime coris wrasse about 6years. I think those are my oldest saltwater fish
