Ice-Cap 660 ballast

I have an used Ice-Cap 660 ballast; come with wire harness and 4 pairs of T12 water proof end cap. Looking for $125.00 shipped anywhere with the US.

It is about year and a half old. It was used for about 9 months; switched to a Powermodule.
