I'm having problems connecting my barcode. When I enter the barcode, it does not finish connecting. Any help? Thank you.

Nope, go for it, the bar that you are looking at fills as the sample progresses, the next step is "scanned at hub", just make sure you add enough postage to ship.

Question: does it matter how long the water sits for? If I send it on the weekend, it may take longer to get to the facility. Will this affect results? Thanks.
