ID Octospawn or Frogspawn?

So I have been told both things and wanted to just see what everyone else had to say. Is this Octospawn or Frogspawn. Sorry the pictures are not great but hope someone can help ID this one. It is green with purple dots if this helps.

octo's are more translucent.

Looks like frogspawn, beautiful piece! So many heads o_O o_O o_O

The difference should be in the number of spots you can count on the tentacles
