ID please - found this sump filter

I have a serpent star in my DT. It is Goldspot Orange color one. This one doesn't look like its offspring. Got this tank from someone last August, and did not see anything like this before. Maybe it came with few rock I bought recently or fuze plants.

Looks like a brittle star, they're relatively common hitchhikers.

How big do they grow?? And do they reproduce a lot??

they stay small , and yes they reproduce. they are fine.
