Just ordered an IM 15 gallon cube. Can someone please recommend a good light to grow LPS corals? Thanks I’m advance

I like AI lights ( My hydra's finally gave up last year, after 7 or so years), with that said I am going to try Orphek once I start populating my DT with corals.

Noopsyche K7 Mini has been very popular, AI Prime is always a top choice, I recently saw someone use a Hipargero A100 and it looked pretty good.

I was looking at Hipargero just now, it looks pretty decent for the price. I currently have 3 viraspectras on my tank, but I want to go with Orphek strips for the canopy. I want more control with my lighting that less expensive light provides.

Kessil A160 Tuna Blue would light that tank nicely, I would think.

Everything mentioned above would be a good choice. It likely comes down to what’s affordable and available to you. I would suggest checking out the Marketplace here on R2R, you’ll see a lot of these light come and go gently used.

Kessil A160 Tuna Blue would light that tank nicely, I would think.

I use an a160 on a 15g nuvo. Great light for that tank. Bought it used for like 90 bucks.

Yep! I’m just starting back into reefing, but I have a Nuvo 15 and the kessil A160, which I also got used from another member here. Should light the tank up great for anything, even SPS, I believe, they are controllable, and have that great shimmer.

AI Prime is always a good choice for a nano. I personally like radions. Here is my tank with a Gen6 Blue.
