Is my birdsnest bleaching???

im a little new at SPS so I may be overreacting. my rainbow Birdsnest has white tips, but its fuzzy and the rest of the color looks really good. is it bleaching or just new growth?

My experience birdsnest bleach from the bottom up I could be wrong though

its a little hard to see in the pic but its just on the very tip.

Probably new growth , bird nests (some) have white at tips of new growth . Here is a pic of my pink birdsnest and it is growing.
