I spotted these strange tentacle looking things on my zoa rock. Is this aiptasia? I moved the rock to a quarantine tank for the time-being. There were a few other rocks very close to this one. Should I take them out as well and try to salvage any Zoas I can?

Looks like a clove polyps web to me

To my untrained eye i would guess at some kind of sponge and not aiptasia

Sponge, unless I’m looking at the wrong bit of the pic.

I too say sponge. Not aiptasia

Whew, that's great news. Should I remove the Zoas from the rock, or are they okay to live together in harmony? I'm concerned with the sponge growing too large and causing the Zoas to not open fully.

IF YOU HAD TO OPERATE EVERYTHING ELSE MANUALLY, WHICH AUTOMATED SYSTEM WOULD YOU KEEP?
