What are recommended Kessil H160 settings to grow Chaeto in refugium? Will be using a Kessil controller. Thanks for your help!

Return controller, put dial smack dab in between bloom and grow, 100%, walk away.

How long would you suggest running the light?

I run mine 100% on grow for 12 hours daily opposite my main lights
