Large Breed Dogs Anyone?

Here is my Fozzie Bear. He is a little over a year old 120lbs (mostly fur) mom is a Newfoundland and Dad a Leonberger. That’s me in the last I’m 6ft tall.

This is “Karma,” and american bully breed. We rescued her about 6 months ago and she’s the calmest, sweetest dog in the world. She’s built like a silver back gorilla, lol! I can not believe someone dropped her off at the pound.

Hi all! @Mastiffsrule saw a picture of my big girl on another thread and suggested that I might like this thread. Here's our Luna. She's a dainty 125 lbs., and we "adopted" her just over 2 years ago. She was my sister-in-law's mom's dog, and she passed away. My brother and sister-in-law wanted to keep her, but they already had 2 vizslas and a weimaraner, and the boys didn't appreciate her presence, to say the least. So she came to live with us, and she's been absolutely wonderful with my kids (they're 3 and 7 now, but were 1 and 5 when we brought Luney home)

In the past, we've also had an American Bulldog, a Boxer, and one of the biggest Golden Retrievers I've ever seen (I was a vet tech before I became a stay at home mom, so I've seen quite a few Goldens lol)

Anyone else know what its like to have a 120lb 18 month old puppy brained half human toddler baby? :)
Cpl gifs i made last few months.
Thinks he's part human now he's a total character and super needy never seen anything like it lol. This is what happens when I dont play or pay attention to him.
Probably doesn't help the wife dresses him up in plaid sweaters and puppy sneakers on his feet hahaha.

Trixie got dressed up today and entered the WWC ugly sweater contest online here. The sweat fit her better than me :p (except the arms:eek:,she has no guns:p)

Trixie got dressed up today and entered the WWC ugly sweater contest online here. The sweat fit her better than me :p (except the arms:eek:,she has no guns:p)

Hahaha nice man. Moose still greets me at door everyday with toys ready to play :)

She looks alot bigger than him now for sure. How much does she wiegh?

He's beautiful.

That vest is a great idea for training a dog. Builds their muscle mass great.
But it also improves their stamina.
I think it's going to have the opposite effect you got it for. Ooops.

Idk what it is with moose but he's still the same as when I brought him home.
Never had a male dog before but my female pups never acted this way.
Super dopey needy goofy lapdog puppy still.

Trix just got a salon treatment Monday. She got her nails done at the vet and saw her friends.. She weighed 146. A little higher than we want. Too many Five Guys cheese burgers. She goes nuts for them. We are cutting back on the cheese, plain burgers from now on. :) :(

I have always had male dogs. They definitely need an extra year to mature than females lol! He is a goofy thing at home. But in public he is a serious dog. Always on alert. Probably just the breed!

Lol man we are guilty of spoiling moose with the food too. Hes actually really good about not begging and being around the table because he knows he gets his own plate haha.
She a big girl for sure. Beautiful pup :)
