Depends a lot on how much working room you may want.
Bar type lights that are lensed at like 120 degrees are put closer to the water surface than the normal 90 degree puck style light. Less spill and a wee bit more uniform coverage.
Of course there are bar styles that are 90 degrees.

For currently $250 for 2 lights and the controller. Hard to go wrong though.

2 round pucks at 90 degrees isn't that optimized for such a rectangular tank.
By the time you raise them to cover l/right you are spilling f/b though with 130 watts you do have room.

as an EXAMPLE only and because showing the cost is easy..1200's are 4ft.
High power panels bars and the cost (2x Felix).
General pricing. At the Nicrew equiv cost you could do 3 65's ($350).
The 3 65's have a better transition to a larger (deeper ) tank in the future though.

That you for the idea . I think I might go with 3 Nicrew because I know this frag tank is going to be upgraded in the future
