I am currently running a 55 gallon FowLR with two Mars Aqua 165w LEDs. Whites and Blues controlled independently with manual dimmers and separate timers.

My current schedule is
Blues On (10%) 9:00am-10:00am
Whites On(10%), Blues Off 10:00am-5:00pm
Whites Off, Blues On(10%) 5:00pm-10:00pm
Blues Off 10:00pm

They're on so low because I have been treating with copper, and that is on the way out right now. Usually the lighting is about 40/40%.

Anyways, this schedule has worked so far, however I will soon be getting my frag of GSP back that I only had a couple days prior to copper, and would like to add a BTA to the tank as well.

I have read that both don't have super high light requirements, but also that they grow much better with a more blue spectrum, and that it is a good idea to run the blues all day long in addition to the whites. Is this true? Is my current schedule good to keep, or should I adjust it?

If it matters, my tank is in my basement so I don't have to set it according to daylight or anything.
Thanks!

You will want to know your par for the anemone, but the gsp can handle some pretty low light. Your current schedule seems fine though.
