It wont happen like that. Theres people doing raffles for free coral if you vote for them...kind of unfair really. People have their friends voting for them and they probably never even had a goldfish.

Some told me the reef breeders guy is giving way free frags if he wins lol.

I understand completely what you are saying.. And normally. I wouldn't ask for votes, but I posted this to my local club and showed my video. A lot oft he videos on there are of people showing their tanks or just of unwrapping a tank stand... Doesn't seem like they really read the instructions.. So this time I am trying to beat the lazy jones who really didn't do the review video. I am pretty surprised of d2mini (some of us don't have his connections or money for building massively awesome tanks) being so judgmental and harsh with what he said.. But i do appreciate everyone's feedback...

I completely understand. I was suprised too. It's tough. I kind of hope MarineDepot actually watches the video before they pick the user. As you said, Some aren't even good videos.

I think if anyone is caught doing this they should be automatically disqualified! I am sure and would hope Marine Depot is keeping an eye on these threads and doing there homework on whats going on because the winner will be the face of Marine Depot and I would hope they would not get involved in something shady I think the way this contest plays out will speak volumes for Marine Depot

Would have been nice to hear your choice of bulbs and the variety out there for the 24inch fixture...but I liked hearing that they replaced the unit very quickly before they received your old one...

I entered the contest too and am doing well which is a surprise, I thought I was gonna get maybe 30 votes but I am in third. It really does make me mad that some of the videos aren't reviews. People seem to love mattiejays bevause he goes up maybe 50 votes an hour!

I was really surprised to see how many votes I was at when I opened it up to see! I posted the video on my local club (400+ members) and it was posted on here.. It has really taken off

Congrats though. It's pretty clear that you are gonna win. It bothers me that the second place is a guy unwrapping a stand. That's not a review.
