The blue matrix. I love my blue acros, even though they don’t fluoresce like other colorsWhat acro was photo #2?
Is this JF Solar Flare? If so, any care instructions?
I thought it might be. I guess I can spot a hoeksemai...nice acro! The blue matrix. I love my blue acros, even though they don’t fluoresce like other colors
It is not, it is my very own Gigs Mothra Mille. I’ve had it for a while now and it has survived multiple tank issues and tank moves. I can’t say it requires anything special, it just keeps on surviving for me!Is this JF Solar Flare? If so, any care instructions?
Only about a month after the tank started, though I used some LR from my old frag system and the rest of the rock had been cycling in a tub beforehand. It’s been 2 years and a week since I planted my first corals in the tank.Thats amazing growth. How long after did you add SPS?
Beautiful..
I always try, but lately have failed miserably as rats chewed through my CO2 line in the attic bleeding my CO2 cylinder dry. It then took three weeks to get my 50 lb cylinder inspected and refilled at the plant. My Alk and Ca have been all over the place this month, but corals still seem fine. It’s stunning. You just made sure your levels were consistent?
I ran new Teflon tubing today through a larger diameter poly tubing. If rats get into my attic again, they might chew on that tubing, but they likely won’t get far enough in to damage the CO2 line. I might later go and wrap metallic tape around that poly tubing just as an extra precaution. Can you run the CO2 line through a metal (wire) conduit? Rats shouldnt be able to chew through the conduit.
