anyone ever had this happen? i felt a lil electricity on side of tank as i was cleaning and couldn't figure out what it was then the pump went out. I use it for my bio29.

Yes I had one that was a dead short and put a big zap in my tank, note to self do not move a piece of coral bare foot and damp from the shower on a stone floor. I use a ground probe now. I sent the pump back to Marineland and they sent me a brand new one. I am trying to minimize the use of any equipment with 120 volt cords submerged in my new build.
