I have a 55 gallon that we built into our front office desk in our dental practice. Yes, we get a "Nemo" reference daily!
This has been a work in progress for nearly 14 years now. Wow, where has the time gone!
I have battled many algae outbreaks over the years, changed the sump, skimmer, lighting, nearly everything at least once in this time. The only thing that has remained consistent is the rock work. This should change next.
My favorite coral is my Acanthastrea bowerbankii.
Pics to come. Would really like some ideas from members on sump design as I am limited on space behind desk--we actually work back there.
Great to be here!

Here is quick iPhone pic of tank.

As you can see, I need to make some additions and do some pruning as well. I have a number of frags of that large plating Montipora hiding in the back of the tank. Really beautiful electric blue polyps with yellow base.
Currently fighting bubble and short hair algae growth. Any ideas???

I need to put a new pic up of my tank! Performed some minor rock work transformations to help rid tank of bubble algae. Helped quite a bit but the battle still goes on.....
