Hi everyone, I'm new to forums so I'll try to format this as best as possible.

Here is a FTS of my Nuvo 20
523754-f3aff1fb4832b78dfb9e79f678b90153.jpg

The equipment on this tank:

- Kessil a160we, with spectral controller (looking to add another one in the future)
- 2 cobalt mj1200, one for the return and one to power the reactor.
- 2 koralia 240's
- BRS mini reactor running carbon with a pinch of GFO

This tank was upgraded from a Nuvo 10 gallon (pictured below) on August 22, 2017.

Thanks for looking, I'll try to keep updating progression pics in the near future.

Thank you! I have it ramp up to 80% for about an hour. I've had the light for a while now and I like it a lot, but I think another one is necessary for this tank.

Do you have the magnets from the powerheads submerged in the back? I have a nuvo 20 as well and have had mine on the sides but would like to do the back to conceal wires better. Good flow from that position? Tank looks great!

Yeah I have them mounted in the back, personally I like the flow patter that these positions provide. I originally had them mounted to the sides, and I didn't like the way it looked.

RIP my little Maxima it was a good year. Unfortunately I caught the stupid emerald crab a little too late. I found it nibbling on the mantle the other day, and the clam went downhill from there.

Here is one of the best pictures I have of it.

And here it is now.

Moral of the story, I should have followed my own rule of not keeping any type of crab in my tank.

I've been wanting to try to frag one of my RBTAs for a while now, and I finally got the opportunity when I caught the larger nem on the move.

Here is the anemone pre-cut:

And here it is about 10 minutes later post-cut.

I'm glad the opportunity arose, it was a lot less stressful then what I thought it would be.

Here is a little update on the tank. I'm slowly trying to arrange the tank into specific regions i.e. LPS in one area, mushrooms in another, etc... I hopefully will get some more coral at RAP this weekend.

Here is an update on the tank. I moved last weekend, so rather than the old scape (that I was getting tired of) I decided to change it up a little bit. So far everything is looking healthy, no losses noticed yet. Unfortunately my old kessil a160 literally went up in smoke on Monday. I'm not entirely sure why it happened, because I kept it dry and away from everything during the move but oh well . So to replace the 160, I ordered two A80's. I just put them over my tank today, and so far I am content with them.

So the prior rock work was really unstable, so I ended up redoing it... Again. I'm pretty happy with it now, and it is much more stable. Now to be patient for everything to grow out and fill in the rocks.
