The outside are more of an eyelash look. Not round and puffy like yours.

The length of the skirt is largely based on flow. More flow = Longer skirts and less flow = shorter skirts. If the coloration is correct (or very close due to zoas’ tendency to morph due to lighting/trace elements) then its a match
