My phone camera doesn’t get those details to well at macro range. I tried to draw the inner details. The hyper pink color turns orange when snapping pics.

The outside are more of an eyelash look. Not round and puffy like yours.
good looking zoa though for sure
The length of the skirt is largely based on flow. More flow = Longer skirts and less flow = shorter skirts. If the coloration is correct (or very close due to zoas’ tendency to morph due to lighting/trace elements) then its a match :)
