Good point. You went with to small of a tank. 135 gallons is pretty much a nano.

Sounds Great. I am in the middle of doing a similiar tank,36 x 36 x 18. If you were going MH, instead of LED, what would you go with? I can't decide on what to get. Looking to do a nice mixed reef with some easy SPS on top of the rocks. Got any ideas????? Thanks

same size tank as mine and i love it, and LED is the way to go for sure - replaced a std 125 with it and have never been happier
i have 4 tunzes in mine (all on the back) and wouldn't want any less flow, and one is a 6201. placed properly 4 vortecs will be nice
your going to have fun when it is time to scape it - cubes are so much easier to be creative with

i want a new tank but dont have a place to put it. i would love to combo all my tanks i have now into 1 setup and just let it grow.
i always wanted a tank with a external overflow. think the internal ones take too much valuable space up. i think the flow will be good. i use 4 tunze 6055 in a 30x30 cube so having it turned down with the mp40's shouldn't be a problem. can wait to see the progress

tank owner has a false wall installed on the back with dual vortech dry docks that hold two mp40s a piece. The entire pump (front half as well) is completely hidden. Tank was built by Concept Aquariums in Canada - they do one piece GLASS euro-braces on all size tanks (inc. a 300 gallon :))

That's what I'm wishing I did to mine instead of painting it. I'm moving the tank and when it's back up, I want it to be an island tank. Can't wait to see yours up and running.

Well the tank is well underway and is now curing. They still have to add the vinyl backing but I am only days away from this shipping! :) Some pics Miracles sent me today.
