Hey all, I've dove into saltwater tanks and it's a little overwhelming how much different it is than freshwater. I've had a cichlid tank going for about 3 years now.

Anyway, I recently started a 20g saltwater tank and the lighting is crappy I feel like. It was a 20g glass tank from petco, came with a white 10w led system. It doesn't look at that good and it doesn't make my tank look good. I want it to look like my little tank, now taken down.

I want to get a new lighting system, sort of plug and play I don't want to get into controllers and all that jazz right now. Where I get lost is the wattage. I have no idea how much light I need for this tank. I have a small 3 watt led that changes colors, but I usually leave it on blue. Doesn't do much though.

Tank inhabitants are-
Tomato clown
Oscillarus clown
Engineer goby
5 astra snails
5 electric blue hermits
Pom pom crab
Rose bubble tip
Green bubble tip

Corals
Few different types of polyps
Zoas
Candy cane
Torch coral

Any help and guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Also on a side note watch that zenia. It can become truly invasive.
Can not beat the price and the ability to control it for what it is.
I ran the Orbits for a few years. Slim in design and easily programmable
