Well, i've been meaning to get a real camera for a while. I think this one will do, i hope anyhow! Canon rebel 2Ti 18mp. So what do you think?

Nice shots man. I have the same camera but cant take any decent pics of my corals.
any pointers on adjusting WB?

Some sweet colors coming through in your pics. Gotta work on the focus though, are you shooting through curved glass? Might be too much blue light messing you up as well. What are the zoas in the 2nd pic? Keep em coming!

Thanks guys, i was just holding the camera, no tripod yet. I found that when i have a coral fairly close to the glass i can get a good pic, but if they are 12" further than the glass its tough to get a good pic. Its just going to take alot of time. As far as adjusting WB i tried quite a few different manual settings until i got close.

I was told they might be goblins fire, but to me they don't look like them as these are much much brighter.

I will try and get some more this weekend. I have some nice JF God of War, wow's, and space monsters i'd like to take some pics of. Do you guys know what kind of shutter speed i should have my camera on? Will a macro lens really make a huge diff?

Bro your pictures are going to be sooooo much better with a tripod. Wait till you use one if you think these were pretty good.
