I am deferring to the experts for some advice. I am looking at getting back into saltwater. I previously had a 65 gallon Red Sea Max. My desires are a smaller tank that I don't have to change more than 5 gallons per week, and ease up upkeep/maintainence for when I am out of town. I want to be able to keep around 6 fish or so (coral angel, pair of clowns, a wrasse, and ?). I also want to start getting into some corals, which I did not do my previous tank, so I would be a newbie in that aspect.

My initial thought is a Biocube 32 or a Nano Cube 28g Intermediate. I am leaning toward the Biocube for the 4 extra gallons, but am concerned for the lack of lighting for corals.

Any other tanks fit my criteria? I know there is a IM 40 and the JBJ 45 but I don't know if those will require more water changes than I desire.

I appreciate any and all feedback and suggestions.

Happy Holidays to All!

I bought a BC29, love the look of it. If I were to do it again, I'd look for a used one or buy the just the tank, I saw after I bought mine that they sell them for about $100 (32g) , because you'll only end up spending more to upgrade and modify.

I have a nuvo 20 and I really love it. I like that they are glass so it doesn't get scratched and I like the length for aquascaping. I also like the filter compartment, there's a decent amount of room to add stuff. I used to have a nanocube 24 gallon and I like this nuvo a lot more. But pretty much all the AIOs will need some upgrades at some point so it's mostly just preference.

Just bought a Nuvo Black 30L (not the fusion model) and build quality looks good. Also he length (36") is awesome for a nano. No water in it yet.
