What i hoped was flukes doesnt really seem like it anymore, ive treated with flukesolve and nothing has come of it (maybe i didnt give it enough time?) but my poor blenny looks worse. he stays near the surface/corners of the tank looking miserable. My vamp tang seems the same but is still flashing occasionally with some raised spots. all other fish unaffected (As of writing)

Sorry about the poor photos he does not stop wiggling.
The main things id like to know would be
•if this looks like ich (im pretty sure at this point, see photos above)
•best course of treatment timeline
•best treatment i can get in the uk as i dont have easy access to anything in other countries.

Many thanks & happy reefing 🙏

Im seeing flukes versus ich and this may be the more stubborn version known as neobendenia. I have little faith in Fluke-solve which is a tonic and best would be Sera Tremazole more effective and should be applied at one dose lasting 6 days, do a water change and apply one more dose lasting 6 days, and add air stone.

How much of a change would you recommend? ive done 1 dose of flukesolve (though impatient) with my uv off & skimmer running without the cup, do i still need an airstone or is the skimmer enough.
•i have also noticed that the blennys gills look a little red (possibly anyway, its dark as its 2:30am)

Red and inflamed gills are a sign of flukes. Start all over and again, im not a fan of fluke solve . I prefer for your country, Tremazole. Apply per bottle the dosage recommended and UV will not help with flukes. Other option would be Hyposalinity (1.009)
