I ordered through one of their distributors, and I think it goes through said whether you order from them directly or not.

I just bought one of the K7 Mini's from Aquarium Specialty, it was here in a few days. One of the coral sellers I was talking to at my local reef club meeting that weekend said he was a distributor (presumably maybe regional) that would have supplied it, and implied it would have been the same if I'd ordered from NP directly, FWIW.

I got it like, 3 days after my order.

I ordered my mini from Ali Express, and it took about 1.5 weeks to Australia.
Ordered a shade to go with it....ended up with a second light hahaha

I ordered a K7 Pro 3 weeks ago from their website and received it in about 2 weeks. It was sent from within the US. There was a small issue with the light where 1 of the screw holes was not drilled correctly. I reached out the Zach and got a replacement sent the next day without any issue. I received the replacement in about a week but that was mostly USPS delay issue.
