Package not arrived after a week...

My most recent order of CUC shipped via priority mail on December 1. It did not move out of the originating post office until December 3, and as of December 9 is has been sitting in Rocky Mt, NC since the 6th (all per USPS tracking page). USPS is not even projecting a delivery date - it just says it will be arriving late.

I noticed on Reefcleaners’s website that they are not shipping anything via priority mail until January, maybe bec they are having shipping delays around the holidays. I have emailed John, but not heard back yet.

anyone else have delays Ike this and still have anything alive when the package finally shows up?

I have my QT tank set up for a planned fish acquisition, so figure I will try acclimating anything not clearly DOA there to avoid messing up my DT. Normally I don’t QT items from reefcleaners since it is coming from a fish less system.

Same with me. it's been a week and it's supposed to arrive Monday.. No show. Now by noon to 4PM today. I hope they're not all dead. USPS is a mess. It takes 3 days to go from 20 miles .

My order was shipped on 12/2 and was expected on the 4th or 5th. Well it didn’t make it and didn’t get delivered till the evening of the 7th. I was expecting a horror show but everything seemed pretty fine except for the nassarius snails which I don’t think made it. I was pleasantly surprised.

PM’ed. I have never had problems with shipments from you before and have been getting CUC from reefcleaners for years. USPS seems to be having problems...

They didn't hire holiday staff this year and forgot to mention it. We switched to Express Mail only until after the holidays.

USPS has been a cluster. I've been waiting on priority packages for a month now. Thankfully no livestock but frustrating none the less. I'm not counting on giving out a few Christmas gifts on time this year.

Thank you for fixing this. You should not have to lose income for the postal service’s negligence. I hope the are reimbursing you.

I will be placing another order after the holidays.

Funny the USPS is still charging for services they are not providing(I've got 2 Priority packages nowhere to be found) is that not theft by deception. I still send my payments for my bills by USPS(to support them,1st class mail) but now I'm worried about all the problems for me should my payments not get there. Looks like it's time to sign up for online payments and let the post office fend for itself(is that not what they're doing to me right now). I wonder how much of this has to do with the new guy that's running the post office!

Probably a lot considering he had 8+ months to figure out what to do for the holiday season. I'm in a similar boat with a package still not delivered, was expected Thursday and it won't be here till Monday.

Mine arrived tuesday, a full 2 weeks after shipping. Everything dead. Very dead. I figured it would be and opened on the porch -it stank. USPS texted daily with location and I got a meesage from them and reefcleaners the day before it arrived, but that did not help the poor snails and crabs.
