Ph and cleaner shrimp/snails help

so I'm planning on doing a cleaner crew pretty soon with some snails hermits and shrimp my ph is 7.8 just did my first 20% water change and the ph is still 7.8 will this greatly affect a shrimp if so how could I raise my ph level
 
Saw you other thread, FWIW drip acclimation is to help the transitions from different water salinity and PH.
