Wow I didn’t know there were so many varieties. Thank you for the information and the suggestion! I’m gonna look them up. I’ll post on here as they grow.I can't say for sure this is what you have, because there are hundreds if not thousands of anemones, but it sure looks like a Cribrinopsis crassa anemone.
About 15 years ago there were a bunch of anemones for sale, being sold as GBTA's. I bought one! Nice looking anemone. These were all the rage......All my friends had one, and if they didn't, I'd give them one. don't have a good camera, but here's a picture:
Within a month it split.....never got very big, slightly larger than a quarter. And again, about a month later those split, and before you knew it, I had over fifty of these little guys. I eventually found out that they were Cribrinopsis crassa anemone, a small anemone from the Mediterranean. It never gets big and reproduces like rabbits. I spent a day plucking all there guys out!
Again, not saying that is what you have, but if you have a dozen of so within a couple months, there's a good chance.
