I have noticed these red spots spreading on a few corals in my wife's nano tank. What is it??

From what I can tell looks like your dealing with some flat worms. Looks to big for red bugs.

Let me reach out here to a buddy he's had more experience with flat worm.@twilliard if I recall correctly he uses H2O2 on flat worms.
