got quite a few these on my tank glass...pods???

I am on my phone, but they look like Acoel Flatworms. Not really bad or good if they are, but they can explode in growth and annoy things.

What is on the zoas looks like bubble algae. But the pic is a bit blurry. If it is, I suggest taking the rock the zoas are on out, scraping the bubble algae off, rinse it good out of the tank in some new salt water or old tank water, and then running a small bit of super glue over the spot the bubble algae was at. Then place back in the tank. Bubble algae can spread like mad if the conditions are right.

My bad on the bubble algae pic...that was last week, and I already did as you said and it is now gone.
