Radion settings questions

So, I have two tanks and both run on radions. My 120 is running the AB+ from 9-7pm and it shuts off at 7pm.

however, on my other tank I am running the Coral lab LPS/Soft. I set it from 9-7pm also but from 7-9pm, it has like a moon light effect. All three lights stay on 1%. Is this normal?

This is a new tank that was cycled in June and now has only LPS but I want to do a mixed reef so I think I will just switch to the AB+.

If you have the Moonlight setting enabled, which I think it is by default with that preset schedule, then it will run and mimic the lunar cycle that is based out of your time zone.
