Alex, can I ask? Do you frag and sell coral sometimes?
Is there a big reef community in Brazil?
Lucky your tank is not at my place Alex! I'd get nothing done!
Come visit and have a cofee......
One month ago I got a fish that I wanted for a loooong time.
An Halichoeres iridis
The fish is small and in the beggining some tension occurred.
Now, day by day, he feels more confident.
Best of all is that he is an active feeder since day one.
I think it'll be a hit.
Yesterday I did some reescape in the top of the big island, but I'm still not quite happy with the result.
I deciding between let the corals recover or to remove/replace some of the sps.
I always thought that to keep a strong flow is one of the keys to maintain corals and fishes happy. These are great wrasse. A nice addition to your collection.
The strong flow in your tank still amazes me.
I'm still figuring out what I'll do.Alex, please keep both the darkest green and the brightest green sps corals in your tank. As the contrast between them is a real highlight of your reef!
Oh no.... Not the spathulata....I always thought that to keep a strong flow is one of the keys to maintain corals and fishes happy.
I'm still figuring out what I'll do.
Even if I remove the colonies, it's very likely that I'll keep a frag of each one.
In the other hand, there's a "golden spathulata" that is the dullest sps in the tank. That one will go away, for sure....
I have a guest room .Would absolutely love to!.....Not sure I would make it back in time for work though!
