Hi I am not new to reefing but would like to get back in the hobby. I am looking to buy a used AIO tank and see that the new Red Sea rimless tanks leak and have issues but how about the older models with curved glass ? Picture for attention

I personally would be careful about buying any used tank, but that is just my two cents.

my whole issue with used tanks is most of the time when im going to sterilize it im likely to nick or melt silicone to a degree where im not comfortable with re using it to hold water, great for reptiles, not for heavy corals and rock.

Im sure theres less abrasive approach but when i buy something used its bleach or muriatic acid SOP for me--

not to mention, medication issues like copper is guaranteed to be in alot of used tanks etc
