Rock cleaner

I just picked up 400LB of rock for pennys on the doller for my new tank, The down side is that it was infested with just about every bad thing you could imagine. I have seen it a few times, what is the cleaner some people use to nuke there rock completely? It typically foams brown.

How about an RO soak for several days/weeks? Non toxic and won't leech any remaining contaminants from rock.

I would bleach it first then soak in an acid bath. The bleach will kill everything and the acid will help to dissolve any phosphate. Might give it a good wash with the water hose between treatments.
