Sand

How is the Carib sea aragonite sand ? I have money for Petco and they don't have anything good except sand and live rock. I really wanted Fiji pink but all they have is Carib sea aragonite. Any opinions?

I used it and have been happy with it. Better that than their live rock. I would be skeptical of putting LR from Petco in my tank. At least in the ones by me they keep the rock in with their regular marine fish tanks so it would carry any disease that's in their system.

I used that sand in both of my tanks and I like it.

The live rock is fine at Petco. What would be so bad about it ? Besides the point that you can't pick the shapes you want

It's cheaper than the fish store near me. It is 22 lbs for 6.00 and the fish store is 5.00 a pound
