Does anyone have any experience with this wrasse? Im looking for a 4th fish for my 40b and i found out about this guy. Ive had such trouble picking out a wrasse for my 40B

I feel like if pseudo is in the scientific name, the fish is probably a pita.

It will leave the clowns and goby alone, but if you have a shrimp with the goby, he may try to it it.

Ahhh i do have a cleaner shrimp, do you have any other wrasse options? At first i was gonna get a yellow coris, then i found these guys

A pink streak has a similar look to this guy, with a super mild attitude.
Any of the Cirrhilabrus fairies would be fine.
Only a small subset of them are suitable for a 40 gallon tank.

That Pseudocheilinus genus can be bad news. Close cousin to the six line.

A few of the fairies would fit. Many get big for a 40 gallon. Lubbock or yellow fin would fit, solon wouldn't, for example.

Your yellow "coris" would be a better option than the scarlet pinstripe wrasse above.

Yellow coris it is unless someone changes my mind. Im making too big of a deal outta this ha
