Can you post a pic? What are your water parameters? What is the tank temp? What size tank are they in?

These seahorses should be kept in a taller tank. It may be stressed in that tank. I would just try to keep them fed. My seahorses hang upside down quite often. They hitch anywhere they can and are always looking for food.

1: You shouldn't be keeping seahorses unless they are captive bred. They are not the easiest to keep even in a perfect setting. They require live food (copepods) and little to very very minimal flow. Having the corals and other fish you do in such a small tank is a recipe for diaster. Not trying to be a donkey mean guy over here but I get pretty upset when reefers are not aware of how to care for delicate animals like the seahorse.

Your tank is about 20g too small for a pair of H. erectus. I'd also be worried about gas exchange in a fluval edge. Seahorses produce a lot of waste. You should be doing water changes all the time in a tank that small.
Are the seahorses captive bred? What are you trying to feed them?
You might want to try live tigger pods to get it interested. If you are using mysis, make sure you are rinsing it.
