Flu is finally gone so I’m celebrating with a water change.

Picked up a nice size bubble coral today as well as a very fluffy lobophytum!

The new carbon reactor is keeping the water crystal clear! So nice to watch. Also why am I so bad at taking photo and video that’s not crooked?

I’m with you on the crooked pics. Always having to adjust in editing and then when you align one side another side looks all funky! Oh well, your tank is looking great, very clear water.

😝 it’s such a pain!! Also, thank you!

Some photos from today. Also no the purple doesn’t have spots those are just from the dirty glass.

My two clams are doing quite well! When I first got them the squamosa on the right was easily half the size of the maxima. It’s grown so much, pretty cool to see!

Fluffy happy corals! Can you believe the tank is only 8 days away from being one year old? I can’t! Time flies when you’re having fun.

A handful of more coral added to the tank….. including a very large toadstool from my friend Unorthodox Reef. It’s absolutely time for the rescape. I can no longer be lazy. Also, I need more flow.

I finally did it! The rescape is done!

It was a chaotic 2 hours but I got it done. At one point I had the middle structure sitting on my floor, corals and all.

Pictures of it tomorrow! For now enjoy this photo of mid chaos.

Now that everything is settled I’m seeing a few things I’d like to change around. But I’m really happy with how it turned out. I’m 6 months this tank is going to be AMAZING!

I know it’s such a basic coral but it’s nice to see my cabbage leather after it being hidden behind my rocks for an entire year. Also, the leather coral behind it which I believe is a stereonepthea is a recent addition, and I LOVE IT!
