Hi all.

as the heading suggests my cleaner shrimp isn't looking too happy. since friday he has just been sat in one spot on the sand at the back of a cave and today he was lying on his side, so i got my grippers to try and get him and he had a bit of freak out and moved behind some rock, he stayed there for about an hour or so but is now back in the spot on the sand.

i have tried to target feed him but to no avail.

he normally eats quite well and gets an extra feed of lumps of raw prawn when target feeding my lps.

my blood shrimp seems fine and i have just seen one of my green crabs and they seem fine.

water is as follows

ammonia 0.0

nitrite 0.18 ( this is the fist time i've had a reading on this)

nitrate 0.0 ( no change)

phos 0.04 ( been like this for a while. stopped running reactor over a week ago to see what would happen)

cal 430ppm

alk 6.7 dkh (need to get this up i know but still unsure on dosing procedures between the 3 elements....)

mag 1560 ppm

sal 1025-1026

ph 8.1

running carbon but i think its due a change

any questions ...fire away and thanks in advance as per usual
