Just picked up this clove polyp rock for LFS and on the underside I saw this green stuff. Never seen it before, I assume its a sponge of some type. Should I be worried, any suggestions. Treat or leave alone.
Thanks

Hard to tell , but I would guess its an encrusting sponge, usually black. It can become very invasive and difficult to remove once established.

Just to make sure..... you might want to practice the first step in purchasing a coral quarantine for 30 days... it does not take alot just a small 10gal tank a power head and water changes. It can cause alot bigger problems if you dont!
