No Paul, King Charlie boy can't do anything of those things himself but hear he has a few hitmen who will for him. He has Buckingham palace, Windsor Castle, Balmoral and lots of other house and estates. Ridiculous really as they amount to hundred of bedrooms and he can only sleep in one.
I guess he plays a game called musical bedrooms and hide and seek. He also has hundreds of staff to do his dirty dishes and stuff plus a few ladies in waiting for him to run around and catch. if you have seen his wife you will understand why. Diana was beautiful Camila more camel. He could have me put in the tower and have my head on the block for that. Still it takes all kinds to make a monarch.

Well, Atoll, you guys need all that Royal stuff to bring in the tourists, which I am sure you know is why you still have all that pomp and circumstance. I mean, it's a lot of wasted money, but I am sure it brings in millions. 😎

No broken bones but I did blow my MCL and PCL on a skateboard in my 30's. My dog broke two of my teeth if that counts for some life. I did get my finger in a table saw once but only needed a few stitches.
Yes, I'm sure that stuff counts. I have 10 tooth implants and broke my leg in 3 places skiing. 😬

The rest of the surgeries were just from wearing out or tearing things. I also cut off the tip of my finger but like you, they fixed it. 😀
I was in two helicopter crashes, but I walked away from both of them. All of the shrapnel in me that I accumulated in Vietnam was thankfully small, so I was able to pull them all out without much more than a band aid. 😎

Before I get my new shoulder I wanted to do a little maintenance. I cleaned my garage and washed the floor. I designed the garage so there is nothing permanently on the floor. The workbench is on wheels as is the refrigerator and tool boxes. All the shelves are suspended from the ceiling so I can clean the floor easily. 😎

I couple of months ago I had a new back procedure done and it totally eliminated my back pain. You know, pain you get from working hard, like MAN working. I don't mean like swatting flying microscope parasites nine feet from your tank. 😬

Anyway, yesterday a girl from the company who makes the thing used in the procedure called me. At first, I thought she wanted to take me out to dinner but I told her I was married. I learned she didn't want to do that and besides she is in California. 😆

She asked me questions for 20 minutes about the procedure and how I feel.

She wants me to possibly travel around the country speaking about the procedure. I told her I was sleeping when they did it so I don't have much information about the procedure, but she wants me to speak none the less.

I would rather speak about fish so we will see. Back pain isn't a very exciting topic. Unless, of course you have back pain. 😩

So they want to display you like a fish tank that travels on the road? Sort of like Dr. Frankenstein's creature? Ask how much they are offering to pimp you out hahaha! I bet the phone would go silent suddenly.
Now in real terms you could help others who need the device.

wow! thats great paul! as someone who has multiple friends who suffer back pain, i would love to hear about what kind of procedure you had!
It's called "Intracept". It is not for all back pain, just a specific type of pain near the base of your spine at S1 which is the first vertebrae above your pelvis. The procedure burns the nerves inside the bone and it is permanent so they don't grow back. It's a fairly new procedure.

Ok You have my attention. I realize you may be laying in pieces at the moment but when you can please tell me where your back problem was I sleep 3 hours at a time right now I am willing to try voodoo

Thought the spine was L ? my L5 is almost fused

So did some research. Hey Paul they could use your zapper you have a patent on. For me to do it I need an MRI and contact a specialist there 5 to 10 minute procedure but may only last 5 years it said don't get that. But it would cost me 10 -20 grand Paul it says and you were correct S1 but will go higher L3

I don't think it works on L5.

I got shots for that but they don't last long.

Yes, I had to get an MRI for this. I also had an ablation and a bunch of shots that didn't work. I didn't pay a nickel. But I have insurance. Medicare also pays for it even if I didn't have insurance. You have socialized medicine which is like no insurance. Sorry.

They told me it lasts forever because those nerves don't grow back.

Here it does say it lasts 5 years or more. Maybe at my age, 5 years is forever. 🙄
It was a nothing procedure so if I had to do it again, it's no problem.

Intracept Procedure for Vertebrogenic Pain

The Intracept procedure is a minimally invasive treatment designed to relieve chronic vertebrogenic low back pain. It targets the basivertebral nerve (BVN) to disrupt pain signals from the spine to the brain. The procedure is recommended when other treatments like medication, injections, and physical therapy have not been effective. It is less invasive than traditional spinal surgery and offers long-lasting results, with studies showing significant pain reduction lasting five years or longer. The success rate is high, with many patients reporting at least a 50% reduction in pain. The procedure is supported by strong scientific evidence and has a low rate of serious complications.

No OHIP is just like Medicare which you may not have soon at least until 2026 but OHIP Ontario coverage only here in Ontario. It covers everything even out of Province and certain things in the US. But the Government is extremely slow at giving the thumbs up to anything big one is drugs. Yes I read about it Only up to L3. Could not afford it anyway. Funny thing is way before your Buddy got His shorts in a knot about Tylenol I quit taking it because was popping them like mints. It was not helping ( just to sleep ) I do the treadmill every day even when I really don't want to But I feel good about myself as you know when you do it. Anyway I feel better not taking Tylenol Laughed when I heard him say what he said. So now he is a doctor. Just like Kennedy. Both of them are gun shy

I thought they fried your nerves? I don't get that at all. I did read about lesions on your marrow that's weird too

Whatever she did, it worked so I don't really care what she fried or how she did it.
I had to almost crawl into her office with that pain. But now can do back flips in there. Of course, that is if I could ever do a back flip. 😎

I'm really glad it worked as sometimes I need my back. For instance, last night my wife fell in the bathroom. (Loo for you British Chaps)

She can't move her right leg so can't get up, not even close. So I had to drag her to the bed, about 20' away and manipulate her for 15 minutes to get her in a position as to where I could help her up on the bed.

After my shoulder surgery, she will have to stay on the floor because there's no way I will be able to get her up. I am trying to figure this out because she falls all the time now. 😕

Bathroom in the UK is just the same as in the US. However a Bathroom may or may not include a toilet. Not all bathrooms have a toilet with many homes having a separate toilet. Same as in the US.
In the UK a toilet may get called
Toilet
WC
Bathroom
The privy

Plus numerous slang names one being the John. I bet John's pleased having a toilet named after him.
