I'm pretty critical of it. It isn't nearly as nice as those I read about on here. It's also due for a good scrub down with Agent Orange but here you go.

It looks a little bare too. I cant wait for my bta to grow up and fill some of that space in. I also cant wait for reefapalooza next month in Chicago. I'm hoping to bring home some new rfa.
I think the tank is looking great! I wish we didn't have so many nems in our 32. I would strip it down to fewer rocks and find some goodies to fill the substrate floor.

I hope my tank gets to looking like yours but I am digging the clam in my substrate. What would you put on yours?

To be honest I have no idea I have never really gave it much thought because it's full of nems, You have plenty of space to start a nice zoa garden, I have seen some incredible ones online.

I am a sucker for zoas. I try to avoid the trendy over priced stuff but losing my illuminati hurt. That's a good idea. I bet they wouldn't be bothered my walking nems either.

What nems are moving? Just the bta's?

Just the new one but seems to be settled in. I just worry about putting coral in and something deciding to park on it and sting it.

Unfortunatly that is a risk, that's why we don't have any corals in the 32 other than a sliver of gsp. Maybe my nems are weird but I have never seen on walk across my substrate. They tend to move all over the rocks and glass.

It honestly probably stretched to the main rockwork. Can zoas or clove polyps close up and protect themselves?

Against a nem? I'm not sure my friend and I would only be guessing the answer on that one. Definitely a good question though. @OrionN might be able to help answer this.

Oh how did I forget @Old Fritz lol. Total shocker. I didnt expect someone so young. Thank you for offering something free to me but when you told your co-worker you would pay him for it I couldn't accept.
It was a joke lol. Sorry my humor is pretty sarcastic. Yes my name is misleading lol. Old Fritz is the nickname of my favorite historical figure. I am in fact, not old

I have read where different kind of btas can fight and have read that it doesnt matter. I went ahead and added a rainbow after reefapalooza and everything was fine until this evening. When I went in to work for a couple hours they looked like this.

When I got home the black widow looked like this.

I changed a couple of gallons of water and changed the carbon. Would you just wait it out or try to get one of them to release and into another tank?

I watched a hermit crab change shells just now. They are alien and a little gross outside the shell..
